* We ship within 2 business days of receipt of order, via UPS.
* UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address. 
You must include a street address and phone number with your order.  If you wish to have an order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO it will be shipped US Priority Mail at rates below.
* For all Alaska and Hawaii orders a $25.00 handling fee applies to shipping charges below.
* International orders: we can ship your order either via UPS

Return policy:  We accept returns due to our error.  Notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.  No returns are accepted without prior authorization.  Returns not due to our error incur 25% restocking fee.
