Safety

Caution: Cinnamon Bark is a "hot" oil and should always be diluted with a carrier oil prior to topical application. Click here for dilution rates.

Not recommended for use while pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Kids Safety: Safe to use on children aged 10 yeras and older. Dilute to a .1 - .5% dilution rate with a carrier oil before application, and perform a patch test prior to application. 

Practice safe diffusing:

- Diffuse in an open, well-ventilated area.

- Keep children out of the direct line of mist.

- Diffuse in 30-60 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.

 

Usage

Tips:

  • Add to a spray bottle of water, and spritz around the room to purify the air. 
  • Diffuse in the home or office to boost your mood.

Post-Meal Tummy Blend

  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark
  • 3 drops Coriander
  • 4 drops Tangerine
  • 3 drops Sandalwood
  • 1 tablespoon FCO

Add all ingredients to an empty 15ml bottle. Shake to combine oils. Massage blend on the abdomen using clockwise strokes after you finish a big meal. Be sure to do a patch test prior to using to ensure that your skin can tolerate the "hot" oil. 

Enhance Your Circulation

  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark
  • 3 drops Ginger Root
  • 4 drops Lavender
  • 1 tablespoon FCO
  • Add all ingredients to an empty 15ml bottle, and shake to combine oils. Massage the blend into your legs and feet up to two times a day to help increase circulation. Be sure to perform a patch test prior to using to ensure that your skin can tolerate the "hot" oil.
