All sales are final, however, your satisfaction with our product is important to us, if the product does not meet your expectation due to damaged, defective or incorrect shipment, do not discard the merchandise or packaging, you can request to us by email a refund or exchange.

In your email, please provide your order number, name, address and contact phone number so we can best assist you. It is also important to include the name of the affected product, and if you would like a refund or replacement.
Once your return is approved by Customer Service, you will be provided a prepaid label via email for the return. The product return is required within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement.
Once 2healthyliving receives your returned product your refund will be processed to your purchasing credit card within 10-15 business days.

Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to fulfill your order. The shipment time will start only once the order is fulfilled. Take note that the option of shipping to PO box or locker is not available. For the Holiday season, please note that the processing time for any order placed between December 22 and January 2 may vary from 10 to 15 business days.**
We determine the eligible shipping methods and rates based on the standards provided by XPS Shipper. Delivery time in USA is 7 to 14 business days.
